Job Description

Synigent Technologies is searching for a MS Dynamics Developer - Power Platform for a client in Richmond. This is an onsite contract role (must already live in the area) and is expected to last at least a year.

This role will take ownership of our current Dynamics solution in production and support ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Voice of the Customer and Case Management, while also collaborating as part of our broader Power Platform team. This role will provide both technical leadership and knowledge transfer, training staff who are developing skills in model-driven app development

Key requirements include: - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service / Case Management).
- Demonstrated expertise with Voice of the Customer (survey creation, deployment, and reporting).
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with system administration, configuration, customization, and security roles within Dynamics.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools, preferred
