Job Description/Daily Responsibilities:
Skills and Requirements:
- PLC (ladder logic, structured text, add-on instructions, custom data sets). Allen-Bradley, Siemens
- Drives/Servo (commissioning, programming, maintenance) Allen-Bradley, Siemens, SEW Eurodrive
- HMI (screen design, alarming, Sql interfacing). RSView, WinCC, WonderWare, Ignition
- Robotics (cell design, commissioning, programming, maintenance). Fanuc
- Instrumentation Calibration (mA, V, mV, RS232)
- Drafting (schematics, interconnections, layouts, version control). AutoCAD
- Industrial Networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, RS-485, RS-422)
- PID Loop Control
- Sql (PLC recipe, historian maintenance, stored procedures).
- MS Sql, WonderWare Historian, FT Transaction Manager CMMS. MP2
