Job Description
Synigent Technologies is looking for an HR Business Systems Analyst for a client in Richmond. This is a 12-month contract and 100% on-site.
In this position the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and HR solutions. This work includes analyzing complex business processes, requirements elicitation and documentation, internal review of other BSA documentation, and the creation and/or review of comprehensive meeting minutes during project related meetings. The BSA will work closely with HR stakeholders and the project implementation team

The BSA will work closely with HR stakeholders and the project implementation team
Key requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on HR - ERP projects.
- Strong experience with HR and HR systems
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Database Querying (SQL, Oracle and/or Crystal).
- Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with project management concepts and practices.
- Task entry and tracking via Jira
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and use cases.
- Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications
