We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager for one of our clients to lead the development and management of compensation strategies within our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing job pricing, market analysis, pay structures, and short- and long-term incentive plans and profit sharing. This role will also manage executive compensation, pension and 401(k) administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The Compensation Manager will work closely with business leadership to align compensation strategies with organizational goals while driving a competitive compensation structure.
Skills:
- 6-10 years total experience in HR
- Deep compensation experience
- Hay grading experience (grading jobs) ideally using the Korn Ferry Method/Methodology
- Strong experience at setting up Compensation/Bonus programs for Corporations; especially for Directors/Managers/Executives comp
- Strong C-level Interaction experience
- Some benefits experience
