Job Description
Synigent Technologies is looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our client in the Tidewater, Virginia area!
Relo! Remote! Excellent Pay and benefits! Bonus!
This role is primarily remote and must be within driving distance of the Tidewater location for on-site meetings as required.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting (May have agency experience as well but must have the Corp experience and years)
- Must have comprehensive LI Recruiter experience 1+ year minimum (projects, in-mails, noting, best practices - not just job postings
- 2+ years of Recruiting ATS experience - Applicant Tracking Experience - ADP strongly preferred (others are acceptable)
- Job board use and posting experience - (Indeed, LI ADP, etc.)
- Experience and desire to sell and market candidates to the company
- Strong Office 365 experience (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excel Pivot Table expertise
- CPG
- Manufacturing/Distribution background
- mainly worked at HDQTR’s of a company supporting corporate roles
