Data Development Manager
This is a 100% remote role! Live anywhere in the US!
Our client has an immediate opening for a permanent Data Development Manager role in Central Virginia! We have a culture of team-work and ethical behavior. We roll up our sleeves and work hard to design and develop products that have been pleasing customers for more than a century. Our client seeks a high-caliber leader responsible for managing and overseeing their Database System. As a Data Development Manager, you will be a coach and a mentor of the data management team members accountable for delivering various analytical data-driven projects.
Required Leadership Skills
- 3+ years Supervisory, team leader or team management experience
- Outgoing, positive energy, nurturing individual – want to train and help others
-Motivate team remotely, good communication skills a must
- Drive and desire to research and identify new technologies for transforming team to the next level
Required Technical Experience (5+ years)
- Expert in SQL, TranSQL
- Strong database and Data Warehouse Architecture and design skills
- Strong BI skills using tools like PowerBI
- Some cloud experience (can be AWS or Azure)
Desired Technical Experience
- Snowflake
- Agile Development (Scrum/Kanban)
- Azure/Cloud skills and experiences
