Synigent Technologies is seeking a Director, Business Solutions for a permanent sales executive position in the Raleigh, NC area!
6 figure pay + 6 figure bonus!
Summary/Objective:
The primary objective of the Director, Business Solutions is to lead our client’s sales organization to meet and ideally exceed their sales and growth targets. As a member of the leadership team, this proven sales leader will work closely with the executives and management teams to passionately grow and expand the top line within the appropriate target markets across North America.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s level degree in Business Administration, or related discipline
- 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers
- Logistics/ supply chain industry and software (SAAS, ERP) experience with a focus on Rail/Trucking Mandatory!
- Documented success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas
- Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
- Experience working with and presenting to C level executives
