Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking financial services
- 2 years in a banking supervisory or management role
- Banking account management and new business development skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
