The Financial Center Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the financial center, including customer service, sales, and employee management. The manager will work closely with the team to ensure that the financial center meets its goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking financial services
- 2 years in a banking supervisory or management role
- Banking account management and new business development skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
