Job Opportunity! Contract HRBP - Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Corporate Recruiter to support our Central Virginia client in a contract role. This position focuses on corporate and global recruitment, HR strategy, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle corporate and executive recruiting, including global talent acquisition (Asia focus).
  • Negotiate with candidates and recruiting firms, including offshore vendors.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and succession planning.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in corporate recruiting, including executive-level roles.
  • Strong negotiation and international recruiting experience (Indonesia, Thailand preferred).
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (ADP preferred) and Office 365.
