Job Duties:
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with various departments and outsourced IT staff
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies
- Continuously maintains documentation and regulatory compliance
- Implements and maintains disaster recovery and back-up procedures
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
- Provides helpdesk support on an as needed basis with IT staff
- 2 years IT administration experience
