Job Description
Synigent Technologies is looking or a Director Quality for a client in the VA Beach area. This is an on-site role and reports to the C-Suite
Key requirements include:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Business, or Science discipline.
- Ten (10) years of quality management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- LSS Black Belt Certification with practical experience with manufacturing processes, techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, 8D Methodology, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create positive customer and supplier relationships.
- Strong problem solving and organization skills.
- Strong leadership skills, analytical and detail oriented, decisive, and possesses sound judgment.
