Our office in Richmond, VA is currently accepting resumes for a Recruiting Manager of Staffing to join our team.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, driven to succeed individual with a desire to network and communicate with candidates, vendors, partners, Synigent employees and clients. In addition to leading the recruiting effort, you will assist in recruiting as well.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the company in meeting staffing and permanent placement revenue/gross profit goals
  • Recruit technology and supply chain professionals
  • Lead, train and mentor recruiting staff
  • Develop and improve the training documentation and process for new recruiters and support staff
  • Assist management in identifying and following best practices in the recruiting process
  • Work toward building a cohesive and productive recruiting team (meet individually with recruiters each month to review activity and identify issues)
  • Assist in addressing personnel issues (recruiting/consultants)
  • Offer recommendations to Sr. Management on how to reach our goals

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years recruiting in technology or supply chain staffing and placements services
  • 2+ years Marketing Automation experience
  • Prospecting or cold calling skills and ability to train others
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, indeed, Zoominfo
  • Staffing CRM experience (ideally Bullhorn CRM)
  • Internet searching/researching skills
  • Boolean Query for searches in various recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Competitive attitude with a desire to win and succeed
