Job Description

Synigent Technologies is seeking a Relationship Banker for a permanent role with a long-standing company in Southside Virginia!

** Opportunity for Growth! ** A Relationship Banker is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers. They open and manage accounts and offer products and services to accommodate customers’ financial needs. They provide financial advice and must be knowledgeable about the bank’s products and services. Must adhere to bank regulations and policies and use sound judgment when making decisions.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling experiences preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to accurately count and handle cash
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of banking products and services
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Experience working in a banking or financial institution preferred
Effective communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
