Job Description
Synigent Technologies is looking for a Jr. to mid SQL Programmer Analyst for a client near Virginia Beach, VA. This role is primarily remote and must be within driving distance to Virginia Beach for on-site meetings as required.
Position Summary:
- Work with stakeholders to analyze issues and process, define requirements, design process improvements, and recommend automated solutions to solve business challenges
- Design and develop reports and interactive dashboards using SSRS
- Self-manage and prioritize assigned tasks. Communicate progress and updates effectively with project stakeholders and internal teams.
- Documents all system changes, prepares solution design document including detailed business process flows and critical control points.
- Support clients with urgent requests to analyze issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support team and peers through collaborative coding, design sessions, and code review.
- Exhibits resourcefulness ensuring deadlines and quality parameters are met, removing obstacles as necessary while raising problems or issues along with possible solutions to keep projects on track
- 2-3 years experience in SQL development with a focus on SSIS, SSRS, SSAS; SSRS required
- Understanding of SDLC life cycle
