We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the global strategy, development, and execution of end-user systems. The ideal candidate will translate business objectives into actionable IT initiatives, modernize legacy technology, and leverage Microsoft collaborative technologies to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include managing global desktop systems, mobile device management, and providing technical oversight through third-party service desks.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in IT
- ITIL and Service Management Experience (3+ years)
- Enterprise Systems user administration (3+ years)
- Microsoft 365/Office 365 Suite administration
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or LEAN process management
- End-User/EndPoint access controls and administration to SOX systems
- Incident, problem, and change management in Enterprise ITSM systems
