Job Description
Synigent Technologies is searching for a Strategic Sourcing and Planning Specialist for a client in Lufkin, TX. This is an on-site role.
The position provides integral support for leadership and guidance to our internal business clients supporting Planning as well as tactical procurement, inventory management, and contract administration services.

The position provides integral support for leadership and guidance to our internal business clients supporting Planning as well as tactical procurement, inventory management, and contract administration services.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Decisions Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Four (4) years of experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, material planning, purchasing, or operations experience.
- Working knowledge of Contract Administration Best Practices and principles.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and technical skills.
- American Production Inventory Certification Society (APICS) certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of logistics software, principals, tactics, and customs procedures
- Any additional essential skills and/or knowledge as shown in the HRIS Career & Education > Skills section for incumbents holding this job title
