Technical Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
This position will focus on project documentation, task management, and project coordination. The position will also be involved in areas of system administration and system testing to internal applications to the Web Development team.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and use cases.
- Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Ability to plan, schedule and conduct meetings, as well as draft agendas and meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software.
- Ability to generate and perform test cases for any phase, initial QA through UAT.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Preferred Technology knowledge: Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, SharePoint, Box, ServiceNow (System Admin).
