We are looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Engineer! to join our client’s team!
Must be able to work at home and handle customer service calls!

- 3+ years' experience providing level 2 technical help desk support (including onsite customer service – at an MSP OR working in a Corporate role)
- Windows PC/Workstation Support skills
- Help Desk skills
- Microsoft Office support skills
- Basic Windows Server troubleshooting
- Quiet work environment at home
- PSA knowledge/experience (Professional Services Automation)
- RMM knowledge/experience (Remote Monitoring and Management)
- Adding/changing basic Windows Server logins and profile information
Nice to Haves/Skills:
- Powershell Scripting
- Strong PSA/RMM experience
- Strong windows server and desktop troubleshooting
- Network/Security knowledge experience
