Job Title: Treasury Manager
Location:Â Central Virginia (Hybrid)
Type:Â Direct Hire
My client is looking for a Treasury Manager!  This role will be responsible for the management of the organization’s global treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and risk management. This role ensures the efficient use of financial resources, manages banking relationships, and mitigates financial risks. The Treasury Manager works closely with the finance and accounting teams to support the company’s overall financial goals. This position is hybrid, on-site 3 days per week.
Required Skills:
- 5 years in corporate treasury, finance or related field
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external financial partners.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with international treasury operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required w/ CPA
