We are looking for a developer to assist in designing, developing and implementing new Task and Time Management software to replace a legacy Ruby on Rails system moving to a Microsoft Stack custom system. You will work with IT management and the lead Software Engineer to define and create software requirements and will provide the majority of the software development effort.
In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Technology Skills Required:

Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a Microsoft Full stack development environment
- Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project task management
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases and competent stored procedures development
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows)
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and Interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related degree
Technology Skills Required:
- 5+ years as a Full stack Microsoft Sr Developer/Consultant
- Experience as a consultant supporting technical development client initiatives and projects
- C# .Net - latest releases
- Blazer
- Components on Blazer
- Design Patterns
- Entity Framework
- Azure AD – Specifically Roles and Permissions
- Backend SQL Server and stored Procedure creation/support - understand how to call a stored procedure including working with table and views Desired:
- Dev Express
- Some architecture – best practices experience/consulting
