- iSeries (AS/400) operations experience or developer with operations background
- Excellent Word, Excel, and Windows file management skills mandatory
- Familiarity with Outlook or similar network-based email and calendar software
- Banking or financial systems experience
- Experience with Jack Henry Core software
- Skilled in determining areas in need of improvement and the ability to find creative solutions while considering all aspects affected
- Able to multi-task without sacrificing efficiency
- Possesses strong work ethics
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Job Processing over financial systems software
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly backup and recovery
