This role will oversee a team of approximately 17 employees and ensure production schedules, materials, capacity, and resources are aligned to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and develop the production planning team.
• Balance customer demand with capacity, inventory, materials, and labor.
• Monitor production performance and resolve scheduling or material constraints.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and production data to improve planning and execution.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with 3–5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, production control, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred: APICS or Six Sigma certification and automotive or aerospace manufacturing experience.

This role will design, build, modify, and repair tooling and dies while also supporting engineering prototypes and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and modify tooling and progressive dies
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, mills, jig bores, and surface grinders
• Work from blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Fabricate prototype and equipment repair parts
• Perform precision measuring, welding, machining, and heat treatment
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment repairs as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tool & Die / machine shop experience
• Progressive die experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
• Experience with Mastercam, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
• Knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, geometry, and trigonometry
• Machinist certificate or equivalent technical training preferred
• High school diploma/GED required

Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotics, or automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.
